Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of pregnant women to determine their healthcare needs.
Monitor the progress of labor, including fetal heart rate monitoring, and provide necessary interventions.
Assist in childbirth, ensuring the safety and well-being of both mother and baby.
Provide education and support to expectant mothers and their families, including prenatal and postnatal education.
Administer medications and interventions as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as obstetricians and nurses, to ensure seamless patient care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay updated on the latest advancements in midwifery practice.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an enrolled midwife in a hospital or clinical setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
