You coordinate the management of the health system activities by providing inputs for planning, designing execution, coordination as well as monitoring and evaluation of activities; • You provide the necessary input in the area of health system strengthening in order to achieve the technical performance of the project in accordance with national and international standards; • You contribute to knowledge building management in the WeCare project within the specific areas identified;

Understanding of the Health sector dynamics, preferably related to access and quality of care and social determinants of health; • Knowledge and experience of Emergency Medical services within the health sector at district level; • Knowledge of Health services quality assurances processes; • Leading and coaching a team of professionals; • Interpersonal competences relating to work with central and district health services;
