Supermarket Tellers

Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Scan and accurately process items for purchase using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision and integrity. Provide information and assistance to customers regarding prices, products, and promotions. Bag items and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Process returns and exchanges following store policies. Adhere to cash handling and security procedures. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive shopping environment. Assist in restocking shelves and organizing merchandise as needed. Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines.

A' level or Diploma or equivalent. Previous cashier or teller experience is a plus but not required; we welcome candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
