Responsibilities
The responsibilities include:
1. Preparing doughs, batters, and pastry fillings according to recipes.
2. Baking a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
3. Monitoring oven temperatures and baking times to ensure quality and consistency.
4. Decorating and finishing baked goods with toppings, glazes, or icings.
5. Managing inventory of baking ingredients and supplies.
6. Following food safety and hygiene protocols.
7. Collaborating with other kitchen staff to coordinate orders and maintain efficiency.
8. Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the baking area.
9. Occasionally assisting with other kitchen tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Certificate in baking and confectionery
Minimum Experience
1 year
We shall have a probation period where half pay salary shall be disbursed to the employee. The salary may change depending on the skills of the employee.
Additional allowances shall be issued to the employees with time.
The Restaurant is located in Matugga and highly recommend the Baker to be a resident in Matugga or neighbourhood to easy coordination of work.
