About the role
If you're eager to make a real and visible impact on the business while advancing your professional growth, this opportunity is perfect for you! As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for helping existing and potential sellers leverage Jiji to grow their businesses online
What you'll be doing:
- ⚪ Acquiring new sellers to join the Jiji platform
- ⚪ Selling Jiji Premium Services to prospective clients
- ⚪ Encouraging existing clients to upgrade their Boost Packages
- ⚪ Providing support to clients on navigating their Jiji accounts
You're a great fit if you:
- 👍 Have a WASSCE/SSCE qualification or higher
- 👍 Love sales and connecting with people
- 👍 Have a smartphone (iOS or Android)
- 👍 Live in Kampala or nearby areas
What we offer you:

- ✅ Commissions of 30% on your total sales (USh 240,000+ monthly for top reps)
