I have over 5 years experience in statistical work and implementation of democratic governance, transparency and human rights programs. I have experience in social policy research and analysis, lobbying and advocacy, and, program design, implementation and evaluation. I am very good in monitoring and evaluation, research, social and economic development work, governance processes, particularly those including relationships between local governments and grassroots, social protection issues, and minority rights.

As a Programme Officer for the Kampala Health Governance Project funded by Independent Development Fund (IDF);
Led the capacity building, training and support supervision for project stakeholders with a focus on good governance, transparency, human rights, human rights based approach, health policy analysis, engagement, resource tracking and action research.
Engaged in participatory evidence building on the health situation using participatory approaches such as PRA/PLA, participatory video, change stories and keeping a diary.
Conducted an action research of best practices, and best health governance model through the Village Health Facilitators.
Collected and shared information in form of ICT and reports with key stakeholders responsible for decision making to create awareness of rights and civic consciousness.
Organized joint meetings such as annual health governance symposiums, media events and quarterly interface meetings where key action points were identified and followed up.
As a statistician
Led the design of quantitative/statistical data collection tools and methods, collecting both primary and secondary data for various studies including; Community Based Monitoring System (CBMS), governance, accountability and transparency; economic policy and livelihoods; social policy and human development; and open development.
Led data entry, cleaning and statistical analysis of different datasets using statistical packages like SPSS and STATA. Worked with financial resource flow data for different projects
Prepared appropriate data visuals and presentations from the various studies conducted, contributing to publications of the organization's work under the various thematic areas of focus, especially through writing blogs, impact stories and analytical reports.
Participated in budget development, analysis and advocacy processes.
Took part in national level consultations with stakeholders including donors and sector working groups under the Economic Policy and Livelihoods programmes.

Participated in research activities; carried out data collection, data entry, data cleaning, analysis and report writing; Monitoring and Evaluation of projects. I also took part in financial management through bank and cashbook reconciliation using IFMS and LOGICS packages, among others.
