Responsibilities
* Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
* Collect payments whether in cash or credit
* Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets, redeem stamps and coupons.
* Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
* Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
* Maintain clean and tidy working area.
* Handle product return and exchanges.
* Give necessary support to other team members
Requirements & Skills
* work experience as cashier, bartender or in a similar role in sales
* basic knowledge of ict and electronic equipment, like cash register and pos
* strong communication and time management skills
* customer satisfaction- orientation
Minimum Qualification Requirements
0'level and above
* basic knowledge of math
