Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests in operating slot machines and answer any questions they may have.
- Monitor slot machines for proper functioning and report any issues or malfunctions.
- Ensure that gaming areas are clean, organized, and inviting.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guests' experiences.
- Follow all gaming regulations and our policies.
Requirements & Skills
Qualifications:*
- -Must be at least 18 years old.
--Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- -Basic knowledge of computer systems is a plus.
-- Previous experience in a gaming or customer service role preferred but not required.
