Re: application for position of call centre agent i hereby apply for the above position in your reputable organization that was advertised as vacant on the great uganda jobs website of which i have experience in. am a ugandan aged 38 with a degree and diploma in guidance and counseling (psychology) from kyambogo university with a vast experience as follows; • as an admin officer/psychosocial worker for 4 years with ngo (uganet-uganda network on law ethics and hiv/aids). i wrote a simplified booklet on hiv at workplace under civil society fund (csf) and open society fund (osf) • i worked with corporate companies like uganda telecommunication ltd customer care relations (back office) for 3 years. from there, i was able to manage dealer agents from the field and contributed mainly to sales drives of the company. • outside uganda, i have worked i the same position at dubai investment park that deals with virtual mining platforms, as an administrative officer/tale sale’s team leader for 2 years. i lead over 80 tale sales agent to sell virtual crypto currencies. i can speak english, basic turkish, luganda, rukiga, rutooro, runyooro, runyankole, rukiga and basic kinyarwanda. and i can adopt quickly on whatever application given if given an opportunity. i hold degree and diploma in psychology (guidance and counselling) from kyambogo university, with customer care and computer studies certificate and many more.
