Housemaid/Nanny Needed

* Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vaccuming to remove dirt, debris, and dust from floors and other surfaces. * Scrubbing toilets, showers, baths, and bathroom sinks as well as removing mildew buildup and mold from various surfaces * Regularly emptying wastebaskets and disposing of all rubbish * Washing, drying, and folding bedding and towels * Keeping record of tasks * Laundering clothing as required * Performing household chore such as sweeping, doing dishesand children's laundry * Ensuring clean and tidy home environment all times * Entertaining infants, keeping them warm, happy and cleanat al times, and playing with them * Preparing children for school * Giving children lunch and in-between snacks, encouraging themto assist with household chores and helping them with homeworks * Supervise children during play time * Escorting/transporting and collecting children to and from play dates and extracurricular activities * Running domestic errands and performing other duties as required

* Must be a female between 18-25yrs * Not married, no child/children * Proven experience in house keeping/cleaning * Sound knowledge of different cleaning methods * Ability to work with minimal supervision and multitask * Outstanding verbal communication skills with great organizational skills * Proficient knowledge of housekeeping and ability to prepare meals. * Knowledge of or ability to work with laundry equipment and machines. * Affinity for children and pets
