Job Responsibilities:
Sociology Orientation:
1. lead or assist in Social Impact Assessment (SIA), stakeholder analysis and community research.
2. conduct and monitor community engagement and consultation activities to ensure compliance with national regulations and international standards (e.g. IFC Performance Standards).
3. coordinate and promote the development and implementation of community development agreements to enhance the company's social license.
4. write social impact reports and related policy recommendations and report to relevant government departments and funders.
