This HDMI Switch supports up to 4K/30Hz, If your input device (such as PS4 Pro) run 4K/60Hz, it won't work, please LOWER the resolution from 2160P-RGB to 2160P-YUV420, or to1080P. 3. This HDMI Switch can switch automatically (means turn off one input source, it will display other sources automatically),also can support by MANUALLY pressing the SELECT button or by Remote Control. 4. For the remote, please take the plastic strip out of the remote, then line up the sensor with remote control. It works well with computers, laptops, Blue-ray players, PS3/PS4, 360/one, etc. Using AWG26 HDMI 1.4 version of the standard cable, the input transmission distance can reach 15 meters, and the output transmission distance can reach 25 meters.
