Key Responsibilities

Run paid advertisements on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok
Monitor and analyze marketing performance using analytics tools
Optimize campaigns to increase reach, traffic, and conversions
Conduct market and competitor research to guide marketing decisions
Grow brand awareness and online presence
Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and sales
Manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, automations, offers)
Design simple graphics using Canva or similar tools (optional but common)
