Mazda Smart Shell (also called a smart key shell, key fob shell, or remote case) is the outer plastic housing/casing of a Mazda smart key (proximity/keyless entry fob).
It is not a complete working key. It is only the empty outer shell (and sometimes the button pads + an uncut emergency key blade). You transfer the internal electronics (circuit board, battery, and transponder chip) from your existing Mazda smart key into the new shell.
Why replace;
The original plastic case becomes cracked, worn, scratched, or the buttons stop working properly.
Compatible with many recent models such as Mazda 3, CX-30, CX-5, CX-50, CX-90, MX-5, etc. (exact fit depends on the year and button layout: 3-button or 4-button with trunk/hatch).
