Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them during checkout
Process cash, card, and mobile payments accurately
Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers
Maintain an accurate cash register and balance cash at the end of shifts
Answer customer questions regarding products, prices, and promotions
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
Keep the checkout area clean and organized
Assist with stocking shelves and monitoring inventory when needed
Requirements & Skills
Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
