The Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 for System Builders is a software package that has been reviewed several times by different customers. Although the installation process has been reported as relatively smooth, there have been issues with registering and activating the product. Some customers have needed to call Microsoft support, do a repair and even reinstall several times before getting it to work correctly. In particular, there have been problems with accepting the license agreement every time a program is opened, except for Access. Another issue some customers have faced is difficulty loading the product onto a computer which has led to problems with Internet Explorer. Overall, while the product has received some mixed reviews and some technical difficulties, it appears to be functional when installed correctly.
