Senior Carpenter

Expert Craftsmanship: Perform skilled rough and finish carpentry, including custom cabinetry, framing, finishing, trim work, and installation of kitchen cabinetry, wadrobe cabinetry ,doors and door frames. Project Leadership: Supervise small groups of carpenters, assign work, and ensure on-site efficiency and safety compliance. Technical Planning: Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, sketches, and specifications to plan layouts. Material Prep & Accuracy: Measure, cut, and shape wood and drywall with high precision using hand and power tools. Quality Control: Inspect work in progress and finished products to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality requirements and standards. Mentorship: Guide and train junior carpenters and apprentices in techniques and safety

Experience: 4+ years of proven carpentry experience, with at least 2 years as a senior Education: Diploma or certificate in Carpentry or completed apprenticeship. Skills: Strong knowledge of both rough framing and fine finish work. Technical Proficency: Proficient in using a wide array of hand/power tools and machinery. Certificate in carpentry and joinery from registered technical school. 4 yrs mimum experince in capentry work related to making cabinetry , kitchens and doors
