Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers
Provide information about products and services and help customers make purchasing decisions.
Process sales transactions accurately
Receive and stock merchandise on shelves and displays.
Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to management.
Ensure products are properly labeled and displayed.
Keep the shop clean, organized, and attractive at all times.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns according to company policies.
Assist with stocktaking and inventory management activities.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and security measures.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum of a high school certificate or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is an added advantage.
Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Honest, reliable, and customer-oriented.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting when required.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Basic computer skills.
