Just to clarify, this is not the sale of the apartment itself since I am not the property owner. I currently rent the apartment at UGX 1.1M per month, fully furnished it, and have been operating it successfully as an Airbnb business. The buyer would be taking over the furnished setup and the business goodwill, meaning they can continue running it as an Airbnb or use it as a residential home, depending on their preference. They would simply move in with their belongings and start using it immediately.
