This Mayerhoff cushion is made of durable aluminium and takes advantage of the integration of a non-stick coating with marble-coating technology. This technology, consisting of the layering of 2 layers with non-stick properties, protects the inside of the cooking container from corrosion while ensuring a more even distribution of heat inside the pot. Coupled with a non-stick coating, the high-quality aluminium in which the coaster is forged shines with its lightness and ability to quickly drive the cooking heat. And to ensure increased durability, the lid is forged from toughened glass, a glass that’s 5 to 10 times stronger than conventional glass.
