Measure and Add Water:Use the included measuring cup to gauge the water level based on your desired egg hardness (Soft, Medium, or Hard) and the number of eggs you are cooking. Pour this water directly onto the stainless steel heating plate at the base of the machine.Pierce the Eggs:Locate the small integrated pin at the bottom of the measuring cup. Gently poke a tiny hole into the wider, rounded end of each egg. This releases internal pressure to prevent the shells from cracking during steaming.Arrange and Start:Place the egg tray over the heating plate and position the eggs with the pierced side facing up. Put the transparent lid on securely and press the one-button power switch.
