Millebaci is a long-lasting liquid lip cream with a matte, velvet finish. It uses micro-encapsulated pigments and film-forming resins, so once it sets it resists transfer fairly well.
It’s light in formula before setting, but after setting can feel drying for some, so lip prep (balm, exfoliation) helps.
There are other lines like Velvet Touch (matte finish but more moisturizing / softer feel), Shine Impact (glossy or shine effect)
