Its a genuine phone bought from a genuine US 2nd hand store with receipts but unfortunately Apple disabled the apple ID I created and signed in on the phone, demanding the original apple receipt before they can unlock it. The ebay dealer doesn't have the apple receipt but was willing to refund. Preferred selling than extra costs sending it back
