It is a wired security gateway, router, and controller console.To get Wi-Fi capabilities from this device, you must connect separate UniFi Access Points (APs). Depending on which UniFi access point you connect to the gateway, you can achieve the following Wi-Fi standards:Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be): Supported if you pair it with flagship access points like the UniFi U7 Pro or U7 Pro Wall.Wi-Fi 6 / 6E (802.11ax): Supported if you pair it with access points like the U6 Pro, U6 Long-Range, or U6 Enterprise.Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac): Supported if you connect older legacy UniFi APs (like the AC Pro or AC Lite).
