What You’ll Do Create engaging video content using AI tools, experimenting with formats and styles Edit and enhance videos with captions, graphics, and text overlays for accessibility and engagement Manage and publish content across social platforms, staying current with trends Drive follower growth and community engagement through creative ideas and interaction Track performance and produce reports to inform content and engagement improvements Create high-quality user-generated style content (short-form videos, reels, stories, posts) for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and TikTok Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and best practices, especially in Agriculture and Sports. Collaborate with marketing, brand, and product teams to align content with campaigns and messaging Film, edit, and publish content independently using mobile-first Adapt content for both Local and English audiences (Local is a strong plus) Track content performance

Proven expertise in video editing, with a strong track record of polished work; Proven expertise in using AI tools and models for video creation; Strong visual sense and storytelling instincts; Strong knowledge of storytelling, shot selection, camera movement and effective video editing to tell a dynamic story. Please note that the content will not be filmed in a studio; Ability to deliver high-quality content independently; A portfolio that shows what you can do solo with AI; Passion for sports, beauty and health, and trying new things.
