Frame & Brakes: The bike has a traditional "double bar" or "diamond" steel frame equipped with rod brakes (rather than cable-actuated calipers), a hallmark of vintage English and Dutch utilitarian designs.
Saddle: It is fitted with a white sprung saddle, likely a replacement or a specific comfort variant of a vintage-style leather or vinyl seat designed for long-distance upright riding.
