A *pressure car washer* is a machine that uses high-pressure water to clean cars fast and with less scrubbing.
*Main types*
1. *Electric* – Plug into wall socket. 1200W-2500W, 100-150 bar. Best for home use and small car washes. Quieter, no fumes, lighter.
2. *Petrol/Diesel* – Engine driven. 150-250+ bar. For washing bays or heavy commercial use. No power needed, higher pressure, but noisy and needs fuel/maintenance.
3. *Battery* – Portable, lower pressure ∼20-40 bar. Good for rinsing or quick washes where there’s no power or water tap.
- *Motor/Engine*: Powers the pump
- *Pump*: Pressurizes water from tap or bucket
- *High-pressure hose*: 5-10m, carries water to the gun
- *Spray gun + lance*: Trigger handle. Nozzles change spray pattern
- *Detergent bottle / foam cannon*: Mixes soap with water for snow foam
