When Galaxy Events Uganda organized a large music festival in Namboole, they expected a massive turnout. What they didn’t expect was how hard it would be for attendees to identify the event staff in the crowd. Guests kept asking, “Who’s in charge?” Security struggled to locate marshals. Volunteers looked like regular attendees. It was confusing, chaotic, and unprofessional. After that weekend, they reached out to Hello Printing Technology We designed bright, branded reflectors in neon orange and lime green, each printed with: Staff roles (e.g., Security, Ushers, Media, Medical) Event name and emergency hotline Guests quickly spotted help when they needed it Staff looked professional and worked confidently knowing they were seen Sponsors loved the branding visibility — logos were shining in every photo
