E02: Water Inlet Fault. The machine is not filling up with water within the expected time limit. Check if the water supply tap is turned on completely, make sure the inlet hose is not bent or kinked, and clean the mesh filter inside the water inlet valve connection.E03: Drainage Fault. The water is not draining properly or taking too long to empty. Check for a clogged drain pump filter (accessible behind the round cap on the bottom right corner of the machine). Ensure the external drain hose is raised between 80cm and 100cm from the floor to avoid siphoning.EHO / EC: Inlet Valve or Sensor Glitch. Often points to a communication error, power fluctuation, or faulty water line continuity.
