The Outer Tub Unit: The large plastic and concrete structure being transported contains the outer wash tub and the internal spinning drum.Concrete Counterweights (Veston): The heavy, ring-like stone blocks securely bolted around the top rim (labeled "VESTON") are counterweights. They add mass to the assembly to damp vibrations and keep the machine from shaking violently or "walking" during high-speed spin cycles.Black Rubber Drain/Bellows Hose: Visible at the bottom right, this flexible bellows connects the tub to the internal drain pump.
