Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor the client service and call center teams. Ensure timely and professional handling of client inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Develop and implement customer service policies and performance standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors. Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently. Generate and present periodic reports on customer satisfaction and service performance. Identify areas for service improvement and recommend solutions.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in client service management or customer relations (preferably in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or health products). Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational and reporting abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. A customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality service.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
