Zipper vest is a neoprene waist-trainer and sauna vest designed to increase sweating and provide firm compression for tummy control. It features a front zipper for easy wear and double adjustable belts for extra midsection support. [1]
Usage: Many users wear these vests during workouts to enhance thermal insulation and induce sweating. []
Effectiveness: Note that while sauna vests can cause temporary water weight loss through sweating, there is little scientific evidence that they cause permanent fat loss or permanently change your waistline.
