Directions
For 60g protein serving mix 4 scoops (300g) in 750-900ml of cold water in your shaker/blender. For 30g protein serving mix 2 scoops (150g) in 350-450ml of cold water. Take once daily or in divided servings. Use as a recovery drink post training and/or in-between meals. When just starting with this product, you may find it beneficial to begin with half the quantity before slowly increasing to the full serving in order to make it fit into your personal calorie plan.
