The PlayStation Vita Slim (PCH-2000) is a lighter, thinner revision of the original handheld, featuring a 5-inch LCD screen, 1GB of internal storage, and a Micro USB charging port. Released in 2013-2014, it offers improved 4–6 hour battery life and improved ergonomics, replacing the proprietary charging port of the 1000 series.
