The SYOGM Rock Impact Mill, combined with the Fine Gold Recovery System, offers a highly efficient, mercury-free solution for processing hard rock and alluvial gold. This system is designed to liberate gold particles as fine as 5 microns—invisible to the naked eye—with a single machine capable of processing 500 to 1,000 kg per hour. The Fine Gold Recovery System alone can process up to 2 tonnes per hour and is suitable for operations with 2 to 4 machines.
High Efficiency Grinding: The SYOGM Rock Impact Mill uses high-speed rotating hammers to break down rock into ultra-fine particles, increasing surface area and liberating gold from host material. It can mill rocks down to powder as small as 50 mesh and smaller.
