Important & Commonly Misunderstood
Semi-Permanent vs. Portable Setup: Unlike pop-up or peg-and-guy-rope tents, this structure relies on fixed, cast-in-place concrete footings; it cannot be quickly disassembled or moved once the concrete sets.
Drainage Pitch Requirement: Although the upper box frame gives the top a completely flat appearance, the roof canvas inside must be angled slightly toward the back or side to prevent heavy rainwater from pooling in the center of the canopy cover.
