1. Cut, sew, and fully assemble garments from start to finish according to design requirements 2. Take precise customer measurements and manage client fittings professionally 3. Perform neat adjustments, alterations, and repairs on tight deadlines 4. Clean, oil, and maintain sewing machines and workshop tools daily. 5. Track fabric stock and notify the owner of required threads, zippers, or notions before they run out. 6. Deliver completed client orders on time without compromising on neatness and quality.

1. 1–2 years of experience sewing in a busy workshop, commercial boutique. 2. Proficiency with industrial machines, specifically standard industrial straight-stitch and overlocking machines. 3. Strong freehand cutting or pattern drafting skills with a focus on fabric economy to minimize wast. 4. Expertise in garment construction, including perfect dart placement, clean lining, and inserting invisible zippers. 5. Accurate body measurement skills and a practical understanding of sizing, fit, and alterations. 6. High attention to detail with a strict focus on neat inside finishes, straight seams, and symmetry. 7. Excellent customer service.
