Responsibilities
- Supervise Teachers
- Develop and Implement a short and long term strategy for performance improvement.
- Active role in recruitment and management of both teaching and non-teaching staff
- Represent the school on official duties.
- Carry out capacity building for teachers
- Any other duties
Requirements & Skills
- diploma or a bachelors degree in education
- minimum of three (3) years in a school managerial role.
- fluency in English
- full time availability at the school
- Basic IT skills (familiarity with Microsoft Office) is desirable.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
- qualified teacher with three (3) years or more in a managerial position
Minimum Experience
3 years
