I've had a unique blend of experiences working in both the hospitality industry at a hotel and in the fast-paced world of a digital company. Each environment taught me different but complementary skills. Hotel Experience In the hotel industry, my role revolved around providing excellent guest services. I worked in a front desk position, where my responsibilities included checking guests in and out, handling reservations, and addressing various guest inquiries or complaints. The experience sharpened my communication and multitasking skills since I had to interact with people from different backgrounds while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail was key, whether it was ensuring that a guest's room was prepared perfectly or managing special requests such as birthday surprises or business arrangements. Moving into the digital space was a significant shift. I worked in a digital marketing company, where I was part of a content creation and strategy team. My tasks involved coordinating online campaigns, producing social media content, and analyzing the performance of digital ads.
