*Customer Service & Sales* - Greeting customers warmly and helping them find products - Handling customer questions, complaints, and requests politely - Upselling and cross-selling to increase sales - Building repeat customer relationships *. Cash Handling & Payments* - Operating cash register/till + mobile money: MTN MoMo, Airtel Money - Handling cash, giving correct change, and balancing till at end of shift - Processing card payments and receipts - Preventing theft and cash shortages *. Shop Presentation & Hygiene* - Keeping shop floor, shelves, and counters clean and organized - Arranging products for maximum visibility and sales - Price labeling and updating price tags - Following basic health & hygiene standards * Product Knowledge* - Understanding product locations, prices, and uses - Advising customers on best options based on needs/budget - Learning new stock quickly when it arrives
