Key Responsibilities
Identify and recruit potential agents within assigned territories
Conduct agent onboarding, registration, and KYC processes
Train agents on app usage, transactions, and compliance requirements
Drive agent activation and ensure consistent platform usage
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets
Conduct field visits and community engagement to grow agent network
Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing support
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of field activities
Maintain strong relationships with agents to support retention
Provide feedback from the field to improve product and operations

Diploma in any field (required)
Certificate holders with strong field sales experience may be considered
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or agent recruitment is an added advantage
Basic knowledge of mobile money or fintech services is preferred
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English and local languages
Must own a smartphone and be able to use mobile applications
Willingness to work extensively in the field within assigned areas

Candidates must hold at least a Diploma in any field, with Certificate holders considered based on strong field sales experience. Prior exposure to sales, marketing, or agent recruitment is an added advantage.
