Responsibilities
Promote and market products through social media, WhatsApp, TikTok, referrals and personal networks. Identify potential customers, answer basic product questions using approved information, follow up with prospects, generate sales leads and assist customers through the purchasing process. Build and maintain good customer relationships, create simple promotional content, participate in team training and meetings, and keep accurate records of leads and sales. The role is performance-based and suitable for people who enjoy sales, communication and social media marketing.
Requirements & Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in sales, marketing, affiliate marketing or social media. Ability to use WhatsApp and social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. Self-motivated, reliable, honest and willing to learn. Ability to communicate professionally with customers and follow approved product information. Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage but not required. Smartphone and reliable internet access required
Minimum Qualification Requirements
