Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
• install and configure wifi networks, hotspots, modems, and access points (aps)
• set up and align point-to-point (ptp) and point-to-multipoint (ptmp) links
• perform site surveys, signal testing, and speed diagnostics
• execute professional internet cabling and wiring
• provide after-installation support
Requirements & Skills
Qualifications:
• experience installing wifi systems, hotspots, and internet infrastructure
• knowledge of modem/ap configuration, ip addressing, and vlans
• ability to set up ptp connections using a variety of access points.
• able to test and document network speeds and stability
• strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• must be based in or able to work in mbarara (no further than 1 hour away)
Minimum Qualification Requirements
2 years experience minimum for projects.
