Marketing Representatives

RESPONSIBILITIES - Promote Impact Vocational Training and Development Institute and its training programmes. - Identify and reach potential students through personal networks, social media and field marketing. - Generate and submit qualified student leads to the Institute. - Provide prospective students with accurate information about available courses and admission. - Follow up with interested students and support them through the enrolment process. - Conduct outreach to schools, communities, youth groups, organisations and other potential student sources. - Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and referral networks. - Participate in student recruitment campaigns and promotional activities. - Meet agreed lead generation and enrolment targets. - Provide regular updates on leads, enquiries and recruitment activities.

REQUIREMENTS - Previous experience in marketing, sales, business development or customer service. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Confident and comfortable engaging potential students. - Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Willingness to conduct field marketing and student outreach. - Ability to use social media and other channels to generate leads. - Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills. - Must be able to work on a freelance basis and manage your own schedule. - Experience in student recruitment or education marketing is an added advantage.
