Qualified Driver

Operate company vehicles, forklift, boda, and other assigned equipment safely and responsibly. - Transport staff, goods, materials, and documents to designated locations. - Conduct daily checks of the assigned vehicle/equipment and report any defects or maintenance needs immediately. - Follow all traffic laws, company safety procedures, and workplace regulations. - Ensure proper loading, securing, handling, and delivery of goods without damage. - Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle/equipment. - Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, deliveries, mileage, and any incidents when required. - Ensure company vehicles and equipment are used only for authorized purposes. - Report accidents, breakdowns, damage, or loss immediately to management. - Assist with loading and unloading goods when required. - Perform routine forklift checks and operate the forklift only when authorized and trained. - Maintain a professional and respectful attitude.

. Requirements & Skills Valid driving skills for motorcycles, cars, pickups, trucks and forklifts. Good knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations. Safe and defensive driving skills. Basic forklift operation and safe handling of goods. Basic vehicle inspection and identification of mechanical problems. Ability to keep vehicles clean and in good condition. Good communication and teamwork skills. Time management, reliability and punctuality. Honest, responsible and trustworthy. Ability to follow instructions and company procedures. Ability to maintain accurate trip, fuel and delivery records. Willingness to work flexible hours when required. Ability to handle goods carefully and ensure timely deliveries.

Valid driving permit appropriate for the vehicles to be operated. Valid motorcycle riding permit/license where applicable. Forklift operating certification or proven experience in forklift operation. Minimum of 2 years’ relevant driving experience. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and road safety. Good communication skills and ability to read and write. Clean driving record with no serious traffic offences. Previous experience in delivery, logistics or company transport is an added advantage.
