Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning Install, commission, and test equipment at customer sites. Ensure equipment is installed according to manufacturer specifications and company standards. Conduct proper handover and demonstrate operation to customers. Maintenance & Repair Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective repairs. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic faults. Replace faulty components and ensure equipment is returned to proper working condition. Troubleshooting Respond to customer complaints and service requests promptly. Identify the root cause of equipment failures. Record the equipment condition, work performed, spare parts used, and recommendations.relationships Obtain customer confirmation/signature where required. Spare Parts & Tools Take proper care of company tools and equipment. Identify required spare parts before carrying out repairs whenever possible. Report missing, damaged, or defective tools and parts. Preventive Maintenance
Requirements & Skills
Mechanical Skills Good knowledge of mechanical equipment, machinery, engines, pumps, compressors, lifts, and related equipment. Ability to dismantle, repair, adjust, and assemble mechanical components. Electrical Skills Basic to advanced understanding of electrical systems, wiring, motors, sensors, control panels, and electrical components. Ability to use a multimeter and other electrical testing equipment. Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving Ability to identify the root cause of mechanical and electrical faults. Ability to diagnose problems systematically and provide effective solutions.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field. At least 2 years of relevant practical experience in equipment installation, maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting. Practical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to read and understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals. Basic computer literacy and ability to prepare service reports. Good communication skills and ability to work professionally with customers.

Job Description – Technician The Technician will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of company equipment at customer sites and in the workshop. The position requires a technically competent and responsible person who can diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, carry out repairs efficiently The Technician will work closely with the Sales, Warehouse, and Management teams to provide timely technical support to customers, respond to service requests, complete service reports, and maintain good customer relationships. The role may involve regular travel to customer sites, including field installations, preventive maintenance, emergency breakdown repairs, equipment commissioning, and after-sales technical support. .
