Responsibilities
1. Take & Serve Orders – Greet customers, take accurate orders, serve drinks/food quickly.
2. Handle Payments – Record sales correctly, give receipts, ensure cash matches at shift end.
3. Keep Area Clean – Clear tables, wipe surfaces, restock glasses/napkins, remove empty bottles.
4. Support the Team – Help manager + kitchen during busy times, report low stock or breakages.
5. Follow Rules – No underage sales, be polite to customers, follow safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements & Skills
Valid National ID - Must have a government-issued national ID for records and verification
Reference Contacts - Provide 3 reliable contacts whom we can contact incase of anything
Age - Should be 18 years of age and above. This will help us have good working relationships with government
Customer care service - Should be welcoming and ready to welcome, serve, and retain customers.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Minimum o-level certificate, a - level certificate , diploma or degree in any field

The Summit Bar located in Kiteezi, Kasangatti T/C is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Bar Attendant to join our small and growing bar.
You will be responsible for greeting customers, taking accurate orders, serving drinks, processing payments, and keeping the service area clean and organized. You’ll work closely with the Bar Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming experience for all customers.
We need someone adaptable, honest, and able to work evenings and weekends.
Key requirements: O-Level certificate or higher, valid national ID, 3 reference contacts, good communication skills, and stamina for long shifts. Experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
This role is ideal for someone who is polite, dependable, and ready to grow with The Summit Bar.
