Requirements & Skills
Representable and good looking
1. Female, typically 18–30 years old (age range varies by employer).
2. At least O-Level education (UCE); additional hospitality training is an advantage.
3. Previous experience in bar/restaurant work is an added advantage.
4. Good communication skills in English and Runyankore.
5. Customer service skills and a positive attitude.
6. Neat personal appearance & good hygiene.
7. Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
8. Willing to work evenings, weekends, and late hours.
9. Basic numeracy for handling bills/payments.
10. Honesty, reliability, and discipline.
