Responsibilities of Simera Field Sales Person
Identify and visit potential customers, including restaurants, hotels, retailers, supermarkets, butcheries, schools, and bulk buyers.
Promote Simera chicken products and explain prices, quality, delivery options, and available cuts.
Generate new sales orders and forward them for processing and delivery.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and follow up for repeat orders.
Collect market information on customer needs, competitor prices, and product demand.
Keep a daily record of customer visits, orders received, payments followed up, and feedback.
Support debt collection where sales are made on approved credit terms.
Represent the Simera brand professionally in the market.
Report daily to management on leads, confirmed orders, challenges, and opportunities.
