### Sonographer – Akiza
* Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in accordance with clinical indications and established protocols.
* Conduct abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, small parts, and other relevant ultrasound examinations.
* Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to ensure accurate and reliable imaging.
* Obtain high-quality diagnostic images and document findings appropriately.
* Prepare preliminary ultrasound reports for review and interpretation by the supervising clinician or radiologist.
* Communicate relevant findings and urgent abnormalities promptly to the attending clinician.
* Ensure patient safety, comfort, privacy, and confidentiality throughout examinations.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ultrasound examination logs.
* Apply appropriate infection prevention and control measures.
* Collaborate with clinicians and other healthcare professionals in patient diagnosis and management.
* Participate in quality assurance activities
